The Trust allocates its funds under the following categories –

Educational Links

• Support for Educational Links between UK/Irish Schools and Developing Countries


• Support for young individuals who seek work experience or are undertaking voluntary work in a developing country

Scholarships

• Specific scholarships to support disadvantaged young people in developing countries to attend national universities in their own country

Education Support

• Support for selected schools and educational facilities in developing countries

Applications under each of these categories are expected to have demonstrated a high level of self motivation and organisation before applying for a Holly Tree Trust grant.
